Consulting Services can be provided on a contract or other basis at a lower cost than purely legal services, especially if the client can be flexible about scheduling.  Often a package of legal and consulting services can be arranged to meet the needs of new or development-stage businesses at a significant saving over paying a conventional law firm to handle the entire job, and much more quickly and efficiently than through splitting the work among attorneys, consultants, accountants, etc.
